For the demanding production of our complex high-tech products at the Swiss location, we are looking for a committed leader:

Production Manager (Member of Executive Management)

Your area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for an efficient and high-quality production process
• Leadership and further development of department heads as well as indirectly around 60 employees in total
• Planning, control, and monitoring of production including evaluation of relevant key figures
• Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental regulations (including 5S and Lean Management)
• Recruitment and development of personnel in close cooperation with the CEO and HR
• Initiating and implementing innovations and improvements in technologies and processes

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
• Further education as an engineer FH or technician HF
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in mechanical manufacturing
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• High social and leadership competence with strong communication skills
• Innovative, assertive, and with very good organizational skills
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
