Your tasks
- Resident-, employee-, and company-related tasks
- Responsible for the comprehensive, holistic, and activating care of the nursing home residents, taking into account the care model and the care mission statement
- Design of sociomilieu therapy in everyday group living, partly with activities in the support area
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (health and nursing care, elderly care) or completed training as a curative educator, occupational therapist, or social pedagogue
- Educator with special education additional qualification or willingness to obtain it
- High commitment, loyalty, and resilience
- Ability and willingness to communicate with residents and their relatives
- Independence and sense of responsibility
