Tasks

Install and commission coffee machines for excellent customer experiences.
Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine functionality.
Be on-call every six weeks during weekends for customer support.

Skills

Must have a valid driver's license (Category B) and technical skills.
Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Assembly and commissioning of our coffee machines to provide our customers with an excellent coffee experience.

Maintenance and repair work on our products to ensure that our coffee machines always function perfectly.

About every 6 weeks, you will be available to our customers on Saturday and Sunday for on-call duty so that they do not have to do without professional support.

YOUR PROFILE:

If you have a driver's license (category B), electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge, very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting, we look forward to receiving your application!

Comprehensive introduction phase: At the beginning of the employment, you can expect a six-month introduction phase during which you will accompany our service technicians and undergo product training. During this time, you will learn everything you need to know to perform your duties.
