The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our secretariat in Zurich, we are looking to support the executive management with a
Executive Assistant 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)
As an owner-managed family business with flat hierarchies, the executive management is in constant and constructive exchange with the operational managers of the individual sites. To optimally support the projects in the plants and the collaboration, we want to expand our small team in Zurich with a flexibly deployable and versatile interested person.
What to expect from us:
- Office organization: Support with various administrative and organizational matters and processing general correspondence and dictations of the executive management (approx. 10%)
- Handling and design of own projects
- Project management: Deadline monitoring and maintenance of so-called project lists of the 4 plants including support in implementation
- Support in marketing, technical purchasing, construction projects, and various other areas as needed (especially supplier search and monitoring)
- Property management of individual objects
What you bring:
- Very independent, reliable, and precise way of working
- Commercial or technical basic training and further education or professional experience
- Confident German (good French and Italian skills are an advantage)
- Proficient Office user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High willingness to learn, curiosity, and flexible deployability
- Certain willingness to travel (at least 4 days/month to the individual plants)
