Your main tasks are:
- Resource-oriented care and support of residents
- Ensuring optimal care and support, especially in critical and complex care situations
- Guaranteeing and further developing professional care and support
- Main responsibility as a specialist at night
- Handing over reports to the day shift specialist

- A completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care
- You are resilient, humorous, and work independently as well as in a team
- An open, proactive personality with pronounced social competence
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
