About the job
To strengthen our team on the acute ward, we are looking for you by arrangement as
Tasks
- You mainly work night shifts (22:00 – 07:15) and, together with a certified nursing specialist, are responsible on the ward for the night rest, safety, and well-being of our patients aged 7 to 18 years
- You support and promote the social and emotional skills and abilities of the patients
- In emergency situations, you act competently and provide security to the children and adolescents
- You share responsibility for implementing the treatment plan
Profile
- You have completed training as a health specialist with several years of professional experience, preferably with psychiatric experience and/or with children and adolescents
- You are a flexible, open, and solution-oriented person who sees development as an opportunity
- Patient orientation and recovery are important to you, and you understand how to tailor the care process to the individual needs of the patients
- You remain calm even in complex situations and gladly take on responsibility
- You speak and write fluent German and have a confident handling of common Office applications
