Your area of responsibility
- Reception duties with telephone inquiries, triage, and referrals
- Case processing on behalf of social workers and management / qualified delegated social work
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience
- User knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite / Microsoft 365/Teams
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Independence, reliability, transparency, teamwork
