For the office of the districts Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon, and Uster located in Wetzikon, we are looking for a finance and accounting specialist with team leadership function (80%) starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
In your role, you are responsible for the finance and accounting of the districts Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon, and Uster. This includes various controlling and reporting tasks as well as quality assurance in the finance area. Your responsibilities also include cost and performance accounting, client accounting, and periodic reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers. You budget the cost estimate, request municipal contributions, and complete the annual financial statements in cooperation with the AJB headquarters. As the IKS officer, you are also responsible for compliance with the corresponding guidelines within the region. You lead two employees professionally, personally, and organizationally.
You bring:
- Training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma
- Professional experience in finance within the public administration preferred
- Leadership experience
- Very good IT user skills (SAP FI/SD/CO and Office)
- Structured, solution-oriented, and precise working style
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with high self- and social competence
