- Represent the head chef and take over the operational kitchen management during their absence
- Responsibility for the smooth running of all work processes in the kitchen

At the Restaurant Loewenberg in Murten, our team of 20 employees spoils about 300 restaurant guests and 120 hotel guests daily. From coffee to nightcap, from breakfast to banquet: at seminars and events, we rely on enjoyment in the glass and on the plate. Our catering offer gives meetings, breaks, aperitifs, and dinners the appropriate setting.
