You introduce employees to specialist topics and coach existing working groups
You conduct contemporary training for the department team, evaluate and implement new specialist content
You take on tasks in clinical nursing routine

You have a master's degree in nursing as well as completed further training NDS HF Intensive Care
You demonstrate a high degree of independence and initiative

40% of the position relates to the area of responsibility of the nursing specialist, the remaining percentage of the position includes activities in clinical routine.
