The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 clients.
We are looking for a position at the Residential Home Krone in Walzenhausen to be filled immediately or by arrangement:
Care and Support Specialist (70-90%)
Your tasks:
- Accompanying, promoting, and caring for adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities according to the key worker system
- Creating written documentation
- Assisting with household tasks in the residential group
- Cooperating with relatives and professionals
Your profile:
- Completed training preferably in the field of people with disabilities, social pedagogy, curative/psychiatric nursing, or in the nursing sector
- Resilience in demanding situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours
