To complete our accounting, we are looking for a motivated personality as
Financial Accountant with Commercial Vocational Training 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
- Co-responsible for financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting up to the annual financial statements
- Ensuring efficient payment transactions and monitoring credit limits with proactive communication
- Preparation of VAT returns as well as support with annual financial statements and audits
- Optimization and digitization of accounting processes to increase efficiency and transparency
- Accounts receivable management with dunning and debt collection coordination, including customer communication in German and French (Italian is an advantage)
- Maintenance and control of master data of customers and suppliers to ensure data quality
- Preparation of financial and controlling reports for management
- As a practical trainer, responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating commercial apprentices in your own area
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training; further education in finance is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an SME
- Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as pronounced analytical thinking skills
- Enjoy working with young people and working in a small, dynamic team
- High reliability, integrity, and sense of responsibility
- Resilient and flexible personality with a strong IT affinity
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral French skills (English and Italian are an advantage)
