Your role – with responsibility and impact
- Overall management and further development of the Chur branch
- Professional and personnel leadership as well as coaching of the team
- Responsibility for project management, quality, and deadlines
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing relationships
- Economic management of the branch including budget and controlling
- Representation in the region and network maintenance
Your profile – competent & structured
- Experience in the construction environment, ideally in technical insulation / fire protection
- Proven leadership skills and high social competence
- Strength in project management and in managing complex assignments
- Strong acquisition and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and customer orientation
- Advantage: existing network in Graubünden / Eastern Switzerland
