Wälchli Feste AG is a proven and professional partner for
out-of-house gastronomy. We manage event and business catering,
operate trade fair restaurants, festival businesses, a hall business as well as the
stadium gastronomy of the Langenthal ice hockey club in the Schoren ice rink.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Sous-Chef (m/f)

80 – 100% workload / without room hour

Your tasks: You support the head chefs in all
work processes. Production and start always take place at the company headquarters in
Aarwangen – we operate throughout the Central Plateau. Smaller events you will gladly handle
independently after the introduction phase. You plan the customer
orders from purchasing and material disposition to transport to the event location,
where you are responsible for setting up the
kitchen infrastructure, carrying out the event, and dismantling.
Your profile: You are a dynamic cook (m/f) and preferably
have already gained know-how in the catering sector – you combine
work quality with entrepreneurial thinking and action. Furthermore, you are
an organizational talent and enjoy working with people both in front of and behind the scenes.
You are enthusiastic, physically resilient, flexible, have technical understanding as well as manual
skills and possess a driving license.
