Medical Secretary 80% (m/f/d)

• Writing medical reports, expert opinions, and insurance/IV reports by dictation or proofreading these reports
• Handling telephone calls
• Processing and triaging email inquiries
• Managing patient data and outpatient service recording
• Internal and external correspondence
• Handling incoming mail
• Archiving/scanning tasks

• Commercial basic training with further education as medical/hospital secretary or medical training with administrative further education/experience
• Secretarial experience, ideally in the medical field
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Solid IT user knowledge (MS Office)
• Precise, efficient, and structured way of working
• Independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation and self-motivation
