Medical Secretary 80% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Writing medical reports, expert opinions, and insurance/IV reports by dictation or proofreading these reports
- Handling telephone calls
- Processing and triaging email inquiries
- Managing patient data and outpatient service recording
- Internal and external correspondence
- Handling incoming mail
- Archiving/scanning tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education as medical/hospital secretary or medical training with administrative further education/experience
- Secretarial experience, ideally in the medical field
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Solid IT user knowledge (MS Office)
- Precise, efficient, and structured way of working
- Independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation and self-motivation
