The land management division assumes overall responsibility for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) and its subsidiaries' real estate. You contribute to the realisation of new railway infrastructure, attractive stations and modern operational facilities by ensuring that the necessary land and rights are provided on time. A motivated and collegial team awaits you, which remains reliable even in dynamic situations and values team spirit and humour.

What you can influence.

• You take overall responsibility for land transactions related to railway operations in the Eastern Region, particularly for land and rights acquisitions.
• Together with your team, you ensure that transactions are handled in compliance with formal, temporal and financial requirements for railway projects.
• You are responsible for operational, strategic and personnel management, as well as costs, deadlines and service quality.
• Demanding negotiations on land transactions and compensation claims are conducted confidently, while representing the department to authorities, commissions and third parties.
• By participating in complex and strategic projects and securing the long-term direction of land operations, you contribute to the service's development.
• You identify potential within your team (around 7 people), promote professional development and support employees in achieving their goals.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration motivates you and you demonstrate great reliability as well as openness.
• You hold a master’s degree in law or business administration (University of Applied Sciences/University), a notary certificate or comparable training with relevant professional experience. Experience in notarial services, land registry or real estate is particularly welcome.
• You have C1 level German and ideally B1 level French.
