The Bienne Hospital Centre is the public medical centre for the bilingual Bienne-Seeland-Jura Bernois region (Switzerland). Our dialysis team cares for both outpatients and inpatients in collaboration with six specialist doctors. We perform dialysis at the hospital and in our new dialysis unit at Medin La Tour, which has 12 places and offers a modern working environment easily accessible by public transport.

Your tasks – our position
- Independent performance of haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis for outpatients and inpatients
- On-call duties distributed throughout the year
- Ensuring evidence-based quality of care and participating in the continuous improvement process
- Promoting goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Commitment to the development of care
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a nurse ES/HES or a nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland
- Professional experience in dialysis and nephrology with corresponding further training desired or strong motivation to learn new things
- Empathetic person with a strong interest in relational support, as well as a willingness to create a professional relationship of trust and partnership with people with chronic kidney failure.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, stress resistance and sense of responsibility
- Very good command of German or French with knowledge of the other language
