Do you like to take responsibility on the construction site, lead your team with clarity, and pitch in yourself? Then we offer you an exciting leadership role with a lot of personal responsibility in a motivated and well-coordinated team.
Tasks to be done
- Independent organization and execution of scaffold construction projects on site – professional assembly, modification, and dismantling
- Compliance with and enforcement of all safety regulations (SUVA guidelines)
- Technical leadership, deployment planning, and motivation of assigned employees
- Coordination of work with construction management, project management, and other trades
- Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and economical use of materials, reporting
- Supervision and support of apprentices on the construction site
Your skills and strengths
- Completed vocational training as a scaffold builder EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in scaffold construction, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Strong safety and quality awareness
- Organizational strength as well as structured and independent working style
- Assertiveness combined with team spirit
- Physically resilient and not afraid of heights
- Driver's license category B
