Your mission within our Manufacture
HR Vision & Transformation
• Define and embody a clear, modern HR vision aligned with the transformation challenges of the manufacture
• Rethink the organization, roles, and skills of the HR department to strengthen its strategic impact
• Evolve HR practices towards more agility, simplicity, and business orientation
• Lead structuring projects (culture, leadership, performance, engagement)
Governance & Strategic Partnership
• Actively contribute to the company’s strategic projects as a member of the Executive Committee
• Act as a trusted partner to managers by advising and challenging them daily
• Support the evolution of managerial practices and leadership postures
• Deploy a data-driven culture through relevant HR indicators
Talent & Attractiveness
• Structure a global talent management strategy (recruitment, development, retention)
• Strengthen the employer brand as a strategic lever for attractiveness and differentiation
• Rethink the employee experience to align it with transformation ambitions
Development & Skills
• Define a training strategy closely linked to business challenges and job evolutions
• Develop targeted and high value-added external partnerships
Influence & Ecosystem
• Represent the manufacture with key bodies and partners (APIAH, CAAJ, etc.)
• Develop the network and strengthen the company’s anchoring in the watchmaking ecosystem
Your profile and skills
• Experienced HR leader, you carry a strategic vision and have already led high-impact HR transformations.
• You move comfortably in demanding and agile industrial environments.
• A true business partner, you know how to influence, challenge, and support management teams.
• Both strategic and operational, you combine vision, pragmatism, and a sense of results.
• You drive your actions by data and measure their impact.
• Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent (Federal Certificate, Federal HR Diploma, or university degree), ideally complemented by training in leadership or management.
