Are you a lawyer with several years of experience in the financial sector and enjoy critical exchange with people? Then we should get to know each other.
Main tasks
- Supervision of self-regulatory organizations for combating money laundering at financial intermediaries offering services such as fiduciary transactions, foreign exchange transactions, transfers, payment services, in fiat currency or crypto assets, etc.
- Supervision of supervisory organizations responsible for overseeing asset managers and trustees
- Organization and conduct of supervisory meetings with the management of the supervised entities
- Analysis of annual reports, financial statements, and budgets
- Planning and conducting on-site inspections at the supervised institutions
Requirements profile
- Completed law degree, preferably with additional training in finance, money laundering prevention, or auditing at financial institutions
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the financial sector: anti-money laundering, financial supervision, compliance, or auditing
- Knowledge in accounting or auditing is an advantage
- Skillfulness in written and oral communication with the supervised entities, as well as pragmatism and persuasiveness
- Very good German skills (C2) and good French skills (B2)
