The Technical and Infrastructure Building Management competence area is responsible for the operation and maintenance of city-owned properties and facilities. We also accompany construction projects and independently implement maintenance projects.

Technical and Infrastructure Building Management
Your tasks
- Monitor, maintain, and clean the assigned properties and facilities
- Responsibility for the assigned objects and deputizing within the team
- Functional and safety checks of the systems (elevators, sprinklers, emergency power, heating, electrical, ventilation, air conditioning, alarm transmission, etc.)
- Ensure the operation of the assigned parking garages
- Monitor and manage the parking guidance system
- Independent repair work on buildings and facilities
- Properly allocate expenses including invoice checks and budgeting
- Handover and acceptance of premises
- Perform regular on-call duty and Saturday shifts (approx. 7 – 9 weeks/year)
- Winter service / snow removal on the assigned properties
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft
- Further training as a janitor with a federal certificate desired
- Practical professional experience, technical flair, and manual skills
- Friendly demeanor, high service orientation, and assertiveness
- Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Impeccable reputation
- Good IT user skills
- Driver's license category B
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
