To ensure the ICT requirements for over 500 employees in the future, we are looking to complement our team immediately or by arrangement with an ICT System Administrator / Supporter 100%
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring system operation and administration as well as monitoring and maintenance (clients, servers, MDM, VoIP, etc.) in cooperation with the Central IT (ZI) of UZH
- You support the management of user accounts
- Creation and updating of installation, user, and operator documentation
- Procurement of software & hardware
- Installation, operation, and maintenance of clinic-specific HW & SW
- Participation in ICT projects
- Support of 1st and 2nd level support on site
For successful collaboration, you bring the following requirements:
- Basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience as an ICT system administrator or ICT supporter, ideally in a clinical environment (veterinary / human medicine)
- Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in contact with demanding users and their consultation
- Service-oriented thinking and acting
- High social competence, reliability, flexibility, and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
