What to expect
- In this leadership role, you are responsible for the personnel, professional, and organizational management of the enforcement area.
- You ensure a legally compliant, humane, and orderly penal enforcement, including compliance with detention forms and the exercise of the duty of care towards the inmates.
- You are responsible for reporting and ensure compliance with disciplinary regulations.
- You actively participate in topics such as enforcement planning, therapy forms, health services, and disciplinary matters.
- You are responsible for the professional training and further education of the team, actively participate in the training of new employees, and support projects as well as strategic tasks of the institution's management.
What distinguishes you
- You have a university degree, preferably in pedagogy, psychology, or law.
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in judicial enforcement or a comparable field.
- You already have leadership and project experience.
- You possess analytical thinking, motivation skills, assertiveness, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Your oral and written communication skills are pronounced.
- You have very good German skills as well as good oral skills in at least one foreign language.
- You act resiliently and calmly in a demanding environment.
