With our four casinos in Zurich, Pfäffikon SZ, St. Gallen, and Winterthur, as well as the online casino swisscasinos.ch, we are the leading casino group in Switzerland. Our versatile offering is complemented by our technology company Swiss Casinos Technology and the restaurant George above the rooftops of Zurich. As part of the marketing team, you work in Zurich but are regularly on-site at our casinos for events and experiences, including evenings and weekends. In this exciting role, you actively shape the future of our event spaces: you develop new event formats.
- You develop new event and experience formats for our three event spaces and the entire Swiss Casinos group from the creative idea to market-ready implementation.
- You are responsible for the conception, planning, organization, execution, and marketing of high-quality B2C paid events and event series.
- You develop usage concepts for our event spaces and successfully position them in the market, especially for corporate clients.
- You implement sales and marketing measures and are responsible for profitability, performance, and goal achievement based on defined KPIs.
- You manage the profit center of your events and make decisions within the given budget.
- You acquire and support external service providers, partners, and corporate clients and maintain strong relationships in the event and experience industry.
- You monitor the market, trends, and best practices and identify new topics, formats, and experience worlds that fit Swiss Casinos.
- A completed education or degree in event management, experience design, live communication, tourism management, or a comparable field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in event management as well as in developing creative event or experience formats, ideally in the entertainment, hospitality, or agency world (B2C and B2B).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail in planning and managing complex projects.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new experiences, stories, and productions are a matter of course for you.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a convincing presence. A good network in the event, experience, or agency industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at all Swiss Casinos group locations.
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
