What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• lead a development team for Coriolis flow measurement devices or sensors.
• coach other project managers to ensure the success of our development projects.
• take on projects for the development of new sensor solutions yourself if needed.
• create a motivating environment in close exchange with your team and your leadership.
• actively contribute to the strategic further development of our technologies.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics (FH, TU, ETH), or a comparable qualification.
• have at least 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering (R&D), preferably in the field of flow measurement devices or process and automation technology.
• bring several years of leadership experience.
• have several years of experience in project management, ideally with corresponding further training.
• bring a strong enthusiasm for and proven success in R&D, innovation, and technology combined with strong teamwork skills.
• communicate confidently in German and English.
