Customer Advisor Integration and Retirement (80%-100%)
Many facets, much responsibility.
As a customer advisor, you accompany and support IV clients with potential for integration into the labor process. This begins with a personal conversation to determine the current situation. Subsequently, you gather all missing documents and contact the treating doctors, employers, and other insurance companies.
You monitor how a person's integration potential and thus their entitlement to benefits develops. If there are uncertainties, you invite your colleagues from career counseling, integration counseling, job coaching, and regional medical services to interdisciplinary case discussions.
If an application can only be partially fulfilled or not at all, you explain to the client how the decision was made. In your work, you will also encounter complex legal questions and will contact our legal service for clarification.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this responsible task, you have a commercial education with profile M or E. Or you have a medical vocational training with a qualified commercial school diploma. You can particularly impress us with a professional certificate in the field of social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a complex administrative role will make your entry with us much easier.
In addition to your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a networked way. You enjoy making decisions and communicate clearly.
