Setter / Setter (m/f/d) in Production

We are specialists in busbars and other electrical connections as well as shielding housings and heat sinks. As a partner of the (automotive) industry, iwis e-tec manufactures fundamental components for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure and other industrial applications.
iwis e-tec brings manufacturing know-how into the development process and is pioneering in linking manufacturing steps.

iwis e-tec employs 100 dedicated employees and, together with two other companies, secures the future of the iwis mechatronics division.

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a Setter (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Series production of stamped parts made of metallic materials while complying with quality requirements
• Setting up, converting, and starting the stamping machines according to production specifications
• Independent operation, care, and monitoring of production equipment
• Ensuring product quality and performing regular quality checks
• Documentation of process and quality data
• Monitoring safety devices
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
• Compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and support of maintenance

You bring with you:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator (m/f/d), or in a comparable metal profession
• Ideally professional experience in handling production machines in the stamping area
• Technical understanding, good spatial imagination, and interest in modern production
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
• Reliable, committed, and team-oriented working style
