Our client ensures inpatient, partial inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for the three cantons. It employs around 500 staff members. The clinic is a center for inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults. As a training clinic, category A, inpatient with a total of 156 clinic beds and about 1400 admissions per year, it is equivalent to university and cantonal clinics. Task:
Responsibility and execution of the nursing process within the framework of primary nursing. Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures. Support in crisis situations. Leading and accompanying individual and group activities. Collaboration as co-therapist in group discussions. Conducting complex conversations with relatives. Responsibility and co-design of interprofessional collaboration. Practical training of apprentices and students.
Requirements:
Degree as a certified nurse HF / FH. Experience in nursing mentally ill patients. Very good German skills in spoken and written form. High personal responsibility and proven social competence. Enjoyment of teamwork and good networked thinking.
