Head of Child and Youth Work 60 - 80 %
This is your job:
- Management of the youth center and leadership of youth workers
- Practical guidance of youth workers in training
- Participation in the strategic orientation of child and youth work in Rüti
- Annual planning, development, coordination, and implementation of ongoing operations, offers, and projects
- Networking with relevant specialist offices as well as public relations
- Promotion of participation and involvement of children and young people
- Budget planning and ongoing control including annual cash closing
You bring with you:
- A chocolate cake on the first day of work, alternatively a carrot cake is also fine
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in open child and youth work and in counseling children and young people
- Leadership experience and qualification for practical training of students (or willingness to obtain this)
- Open, innovative, and strong communication personality
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
