To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for an ambitious team leader who leaves their innovative footprint in our projects and leads by example.
Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, electric trucks, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team brings sustainable commercial vehicles to the road with 200 employees.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Development of specific system-technical and mechanical solutions for our customer vehicles in close cooperation with sales
- Detailed planning and technical implementation of these vehicle concepts (collaboration with bodybuilders, etc.) up to delivery to the customer
- Life-cycle support of system components (change management) of delivered series vehicles
- Systematic error analysis of problems in the field and 3rd-level aftersales support for major technical issues
- Leading the team by prioritizing upcoming tasks and ensuring timely implementation of customer projects
- Technical collaboration in customer projects
- Working in a multidisciplinary team
Your Advantages
- University degree (FH or HF) in electrical, systems, or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in development in the field of electric drive systems, automation, control technology, commercial vehicles, and/or related areas (e-vehicles or similar)
- Programming skills are an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Goal-oriented, independent, and solution-focused working style
