The ONO Eye Center stands for quality and expertise in the entire field of ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery. Four modern clinics with fully equipped operating rooms and ten additional regional specialist centers form our network, which is geographically spread across five different cantons. The ONO Eye Center, with around 130 specialists and over 80,000 treatments per year, is one of the leading private providers. The company is part of the ONO Group (Ophthalmologic Network Organisation), which successfully operates three other clinics and more than 30 specialist practices in French-speaking Switzerland. Additionally, in Wallisellen, Zurich, Amriswil, Schaffhausen, and Lachen, the full range of plastic and aesthetic surgery services is offered under the name ono estetika.

For our Eye Center, we are looking for a

Team Leader Finance and Administration (100%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the Finance team
• Personnel and professional leadership of the IT and Facility Management team
• Ensuring financial and asset accounting including closing tasks
• Active participation in daily business including deputizing
• Ensuring continuous development of processes and efficiency
• Project management for the introduction of Abacus by 2027

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education with further training in finance (federal financial specialist) or equivalent (e.g., fiduciary).
• Solid experience with Abacus ERP, ideally as a project manager
• You have already gained initial experience as a team leader.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• French and/or English skills are required
