Payroll Expert SAP 100% - GF Machining Solutions AG

Your Tasks

• Technical coordination role for the local 4-member payroll team.
• Ensuring smooth operation of personnel and salary administration for around 900 employees at the Biel site and the associated subsidiaries in Langnau/Geneva.
• All payroll-relevant or insurance-related activities and coordination with social security partners and authorities including year-end tasks.
• Contact person for stakeholders for all questions regarding social security, withholding tax, pension fund, working time recording, etc.
• Participation in various projects such as the determination of HR key figures, statistics and reports or the optimization of payroll processes and systems.

Your Profile

• Further training in payroll or social security is a prerequisite.
• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company.
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as solid experience in dealing with HR-relevant processes and interfaces.
• Service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and proactive as well as precise working style.
• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills, French is an advantage.
