• You provide technical support for SAP EDM (Energy Data Management) and the integration into S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) as well as other surrounding systems
• Subproject management and project collaboration in the introduction of SAP EDM, SAP AMI, market communication
• You analyze and optimize energy industry processes such as load profile processing, balancing, or market communication
• You support the specialist department in forming complex network structures
• You make customizing changes and help mitigate changes and their impacts on EDM or other processes
• As an IT business partner for SAP EDM on S/4HANA, you advise on best practices, automation, digitalization, and cost optimization.
• Additionally, you analyze IT system errors as 2nd level support with independent resolution or forwarding to 3rd level support
• You train and support the internal specialist departments

• Higher professional education as an IT business economist FH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in process analysis and optimization
• Very good knowledge in the area of SAP EDM such as time series management, profile assignment, aggregation
• Experience with SAP AMI / market communication / device management is desirable
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) and SAP Cloud solutions as well as other EDM systems (e.g. Belvis or Robotron) is an advantage
• Technical understanding: coding is not a foreign word to you: experience with ABAP and debugging is an advantage
• High customer orientation, very good communication skills, and assertiveness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
