The Foundation Living in Old Age, based in Hinwil, offers space for 90 care-dependent and elderly people. In four departments, spread over two houses, as well as 29 senior apartments some with service offerings, we engage daily with one goal: That the residents feel at home and secure.
For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for an engaged and ambitious person for day shifts as well as night shifts by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility
- Taking over basic and treatment care as well as supporting residents according to their wishes and biographies
- Designing and implementing the care process within the framework of the key person concept
- Supporting tertiary care professionals in complex care situations
- Professional support, advice, and guidance within the team
- Implementation of the care process and documentation of care using Care Coach
- Performance documentation with RAI
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or
- Completed training as a health care professional EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care and acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social competence
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication in German, both spoken and written
