- Responsibility as process owner for the development and control of the calculation of further education offers
- Close cooperation with the Further Education Management Office in the planning and implementation of further education offers
- Maintenance and control of individual performance agreement data including planning, changes, entries and exits in the various systems
- Scheduling, coordination and information of all process participants during the various process phases of the IPA
- Administrative processing of teaching assignments of internal and external lecturers
- Optimization, digitization and automation of processes
- Commercial training, further education is an advantage
- Good IT user skills MS Office
- Affinity for optimizing workflows and processes
- High service and solution orientation
- General openness to changes and new technologies for digitization and automation
- Experience in finance at a university or public institution is an advantage

The Finance, HR and Processes staff team supports the management and department management in controlling personnel, financial and infrastructure resources. It advises the organizational units on business management issues and provides important support tasks for everyday operations in our department. In addition, it initiates strategic projects in topics related to this basic mandate.
