Chef de Partie (on the ship) (a)

We are looking for Chefs de Partie for our ships (a)

Here is what you will do

You organize the ship's kitchen and independently prepare the mise en place
You are the contact person for the cooks and office staff on the ship
You ensure a smooth à la carte and banquet service
You consistently implement the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP) in the kitchen

What we expect from you

You have completed training as a cook EFZ or have comparable experience
You are a motivated and reliable person who enjoys regional and seasonal dishes
You are well organized, structured, a team player, and enjoy working on the lake
You speak German (additional languages are a plus)
