Your area of responsibility

Overall responsibility for the financial accounting of the sales and management companies of the CALIDA Group as well as the brands CALIDA and Aubade at the Sursee location
Professional leadership and further development of the accounting team
Ensuring correct and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and local law
Responsibility for account reconciliations, balance checks, and payment transactions including approval processes
Further development of financial accounting as well as co-design and implementation of new processes
Participation in projects and preparation of decision-making bases for management
Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as contact person for external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and authorities
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and accounting standards including VAT and tax

What is important to us

Completed further training in accounting (e.g., FA Finance and Accounting or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally with leadership responsibility
A structured, reliable, and independent way of working with a high quality standard
Strong analytical skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and joy in developing people and processes
Good SAP user knowledge
Very good German and good English skills
