Tasks
- Recruitment from A to Z
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from creating job postings, pre-selection, and coordination to conducting interviews, accompanying interviews, and organizing trial and probation days.
- Active sourcing & talent acquisition
You do not rely solely on incoming applications but actively approach talents, build networks, and use modern recruiting methods to attract the best professionals for our company.
- Wide range of profiles
Whether rare technical professions, qualified specialists, or employees for auxiliary and administrative functions – you have the ability to quickly understand different requirement profiles and specifically identify the right candidates.
- Attractive recruiting methods
You further develop our recruiting strategies, implement creative measures, and thereby strengthen our employer brand in a demanding labor market.
- Efficient process support
With the help of our modern recruiting tool, you professionally manage all processes, keep an overview, and ensure that candidates and managers are optimally supported at all times.
- Close cooperation with managers & HR team
You are a sparring partner for managers in the recruitment process and work closely with our HR team to jointly find the best solutions for personnel needs.
Profile
- Training in HR
You have completed training in the HR field, which underpins your solid knowledge of personnel management.
- Experience in recruiting
You have several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an industrial or technical environment, and understand the requirements for qualified specialists.
- Passion for talent acquisition
You are passionate about attracting the best talents and can inspire them with enthusiasm for new professional challenges.
- Active sourcing & recruiting methods
You are skilled in active sourcing and use modern recruiting techniques and tools to specifically address talents on various platforms.
- Communication & consulting skills
With your confident demeanor and strong communication skills, you professionally and convincingly advise both candidates and managers.
- Organizational talent
You keep an overview even with complex and simultaneous processes and work in a structured and efficient manner.
- Team orientation & initiative
You value teamwork and at the same time show high initiative and a hands-on mentality when it comes to completing tasks.
- Affinity for digital tools
You have a strong affinity for digital tools and recruiting platforms and ideally already have experience with modern recruiting tools.
- Very good German skills
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate successfully at all levels in a professional environment.
