We are currently looking for a Project Manager Gas Supply Systems (m/f/d) for our site in Vufflens-la-Ville (VD).

Your tasks and responsibilities

• For our industrial clients in French-speaking Switzerland, you independently manage gas supply installation projects, from needs analysis and planning to commissioning and final acceptance
• In close collaboration with clients, you identify their technical requirements and develop customised offers, combining technical relevance and feasibility
• You also coordinate resources, manage equipment, control the quality of interventions, and provide technical supervision to the installers assigned to the projects
• Thanks to your market proximity and professional network, you actively contribute to acquiring new contracts and participate in the sustainable development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland
• As a key contact, you maintain trusting relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams to ensure project success and a high level of customer satisfaction
• You also actively participate in the digitisation and automation of tasks and contribute to the company’s development towards digital transformation

Your profile

• You hold a technical professional qualification, preferably in plumbing, heating, or a comparable technical field
• You know how to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and ensure rigorous monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Thanks to your analytical skills and customer orientation, you quickly understand technical needs and can propose suitable and pragmatic solutions
• With an entrepreneurial spirit, you identify development opportunities and actively contribute to the growth of our activities
• To ensure effective collaboration with your manager based in Dagmersellen (LU), you have good knowledge of German (B1/B2)
• You are open to new challenges and wish to actively contribute to the success of our company’s digital transformation
