• you ensure smooth production processes through close cooperation with internal and external customers and suppliers
• you lead a team of 14 employees in multi-shift operation in a goal-oriented manner
• you are responsible for achieving the budget targets of your area
• you ensure cost-, quality- and deadline-compliant production with a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and the most modern equipment
• you continuously optimize manufacturing processes, infrastructure, tools and planning, thereby sustainably increasing productivity
• you actively participate in investment projects and shape the future of the department
