What you will do:

• Support renowned clients from manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, telecommunications, and financial services; experience in regulated environments and enterprise governance is present.
• Presales support including RFP bid management, solution sketches, demos, and effort estimations; successful proposal processes and pitch experience available.
• Project management and coordination between business and engineering, including roadmap and release planning; experience in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) as well as stakeholder steering.
• Design and implementation of Salesforce solutions; optimizing customer journeys is your drive, integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem and with third-party systems are your daily routine.
• Diverse, unique projects with state-of-the-art technologies; solid Salesforce expertise is applied daily, complex multi-org and multi-cloud setups are familiar.

What you bring:

• Completed studies in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management as well as Salesforce consulting and configuration.
• Experience in presales and RFP bid management.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I & II; Application Architect is an advantage.
• Understanding of integration, architecture, data governance, and performance issues.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• High independence with the ability to actively seek support when needed.
• German at native level in spoken and written form; fluent English, French is an advantage.
