Your scope of action

  • You assume operational responsibility for the Pharmacy Network WCH/ICH team.
  • You support our most important partners in the pharmacy market and develop them in a targeted manner with your team.
  • You are responsible for network expansion and acquiring new partners.
  • You collaborate closely with internal interfaces as well as with the Pharmacy Network DCH team, strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation.
  • You lead your team with clarity, passion, and strong commitment to its continuous development.
  • You analyze market trends and pharmacy needs and propose concrete measures.

Your strengths

  • You are a druggist, pharmacist, or have an equivalent qualification, with a good understanding of economic issues.
  • You know the pharmacy market in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino well.
  • You have solid experience managing an external sales team, ideally in the health or pharmacy sector.
  • You have leadership experience and convince with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are an experienced networker and know how to establish and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
  • You communicate fluently in French and German – knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
  • You have analytical thinking, work in a structured way, and approach tasks with initiative and dynamism.
