Head of Residential Real Estate Central Region (m/f/d)

Zurich, 80 - 100%

This is what you move:

• You lead the site management of the region both personally and professionally, set clear goals and promote their further development
• You are responsible for the implementation, control and optimization of performance targets throughout the region
• As the second escalation level, you actively advocate for complex management tasks and customer concerns
• You ensure compliance, review and further development of all processes and specifications
• You observe market and legal changes, inform relevant specialist departments and actively participate in strategic decisions for the region

That is why you succeed:

• You have a commercial basic education and many years of experience in property management
• In addition to the real estate management certificate, you have supplemented your experience with relevant further training such as real estate trustee or a university degree in real estate management
• You bring proven leadership experience and convince with coaching skills, assertiveness and empathy
• You are a solution-oriented, resilient personality with organizational talent, initiative and flexibility
• You are future-oriented and approach tasks with energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
