Co-Team Leader Administration, Focus on Personnel and Projects 80%

Your main tasks

• Management of the administration/accounting team (personnel and organizational) with six employees
• Close cooperation with the co-team leader focusing on professional management
• Review and further development of processes and workflows
• Project management and participation in working groups
• Support and further development of the case management software KlibNet including data maintenance
• Participation in daily business

You bring

• Commercial training EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration, project management or leadership
• Practical experience in a social service
• Preferably leadership experience
• Analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
• Communication and negotiation skills, high degree of personal responsibility, self-organization and resilience
