What you can achieve
- You ensure the smooth operation of all operations functions – from production to deblistering to technical service (around 40 people)
- Ensure daily production of Medifilms with high complexity and under GxP requirements
- You develop strategies and implement measures to optimize processes, quality, and efficiency
- As a leader and member of the management team, you promote a committed team and embody a positive corporate culture
- You are responsible for budget, resource planning, and investments in the operations area
- You implement automation and digitization projects with your project leader to secure our growth
- Close collaboration with other departments (quality, IT, logistics, customer management) to ensure transparent information flow
What you bring with you
- Completed technical basic training with further education (FH/HF) in business administration, process or production management
- Several years of leadership experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a GMP/GDP-regulated environment
- Proven competence in process and organizational management, including automation and lean approaches
- Leadership personality with high resilience and decisiveness in an environment with daily production pressure
- Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style, combined with assertiveness and an eye for the essentials
- You have native-level German skills and good to very good English skills
