Your tasks:
You are part of our motivated Body & Paint team and keep an overview even in complex damage cases. With your structured way of working, you ensure that all processes run smoothly. Exciting tasks await you such as:
- You carry out the final inspection of the vehicles and ensure a clean and complete execution of the work
- You process customer orders from quotation creation through order entry to invoicing
- You prepare calculations for repairs and damages
- You coordinate the handling of damage cases and maintain close contact with insurance companies
- You schedule repair appointments and ensure that deadlines and costs are met
- You carry out the final inspection of the vehicles and ensure a clean and complete execution of the work
What you bring with you:
- Completed basic automotive technical training, ideally in the area of bodywork/paint or vehicle technology
- Experience in damage management or service advising is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and interest in digital work processes, as well as experience with Audatex / EC2 is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a confident and friendly demeanor
- Organizational talent, resilience, and a structured way of working
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Valid driving license category B
