Project Manager in Construction at 100%
Your mission
• Ensure compliance with costs and deadlines throughout the projects
• Lead, organize and manage construction sites technically and administratively
• Coordinate calls for tenders, from the design of quotes to the management of submissions
• Prepare and manage building permit applications while ensuring their compliance
• Develop execution files, including detailed plans and technical documents
• Conduct feasibility studies for each project, analyzing constraints and opportunities
Your assets
• Required HES Construction Site Manager diploma.
• Significant experience in site management, ideally acquired within an architectural office or a general company in Switzerland
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work rigorously and organized
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in close coordination with different departments
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
