Covering the Broye region, the general agency of La Broye serves private clients and businesses in the area. The agencies of Payerne, Avenches, Domdidier, Estavayer-le-Lac, Lucens, Moudon, and Sugiez are attached to it.

Due to the change of position of the current general agent, we are looking for a dynamic personality, with a successful experience in sales management and well integrated into the economic fabric of the region to succeed him.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Lead, motivate, and encourage a multidisciplinary team including middle managers, external service advisors, agency broker advisors, sales managers, and internal staff responsible for customer service and claims processing
• Represent Vaudoise Assurances at all events in the region
• Manage a significant portfolio and develop the company in this area.

What makes you unique:

• Several years of experience in sales team management
• Holder of a university degree, a federal insurance certificate, or an equivalent qualification
• A certified management training is an asset
