The Crans-Montana Clinic, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal and psychosomatic medicine, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitation in an acute setting.
Job Description
You provide personalized and comprehensive nursing care autonomously and/or under medical delegation within a rehabilitation unit.
You ensure precise and rigorous communication of information between multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of care quality. You collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff and students.
You support the existing teams with great adaptability, flexibility, and availability. You contribute to continuous improvement projects by showing openness to change.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent nursing diploma recognized by the Red Cross, and have excellent oral and written French language skills.
A CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) as a HES trainer or a company trainer certificate are additional assets.
You possess great rigor, a keen sense of organization and priority management, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong interest in the follow-up of patients suffering from psychosomatic problems.
