Tasks
- Analyze customer requests and translate needs into standard products.
- Conduct energy assessments for new projects and components.
- Design new watch functions and optimize movement gears.
Skills
- Holder of a MAS in watch design or equivalent, with years of experience.
- Proficient in Autodesk Suite (Inventor 2024, Vault, Mechanical).
- Knowledge of MBGD for gear management and simulation is a plus.

Analyze customer requests
Transcribe the customer need with internal standard products
Analyze the energy balance of new projects
Calculate and size spiral springs
Create new escapement layouts + manage the technical sheets of our assortments
Perform finite element simulations to check the stresses of certain components
Manage standard products related to the oscillator
Design and develop new watch functions such as:
Friction mobiles or lantern mobiles
Reversing mobiles
Optimization of movement gear trains
Follow new projects with production for their fine-tuning
Holder of a MAS in watch design or an equivalent recognized title
Several years of experience in watch construction
Proficiency in Autodesk Suite software (Inventor 2024, Vault, Mechanical)
Knowledge of MBGD software for gear management and simulation would be a plus
Knowledge in GPS/ISO dimensioning
Ability to work in a team and independently
Rigor, analytical mind, versatility, and dynamism
